The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in SOT-824-1, making it easy to ship internationally. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC. There are 320 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.2V. It has a 32-Bit architecture. 208MHz is the CPU's frequency.
