Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 25kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.5V -Vin 2Vin. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 7V. In the particular voltage regulators, the LT1054 family is represented. A voltage of -5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at -4.7V at least. A maximum output current of 100mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
