For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~100°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 25kHz. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V -Vin 2Vin. There is a maximum input voltage of 15V for this voltage regulator 12v. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
