Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 16 pins when designing.There is a maximum output current of 500mA that can be achieved.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.Temperatures greater than 70°C are not allowed.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 18mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.The maximum voltage for operation is 30V.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 100mA.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
