A higher level of flexibility is provided by its S package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.A total of 14 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.5A volts.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.A minimum supply voltage of 10V is required for operation.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V.
