A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its S package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A that can be achieved.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Temperatures below 0°C are allowed as the minimum.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 15V.A supply voltage of 10V is the minimum value required to operate the device.In this case, the current output is 1.5A.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating voltage of the supply be set at 12V.As long as the output voltage is set to 11.3V, it will work.
