In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Bulk.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 15V.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 10V.A voltage of 12V should be set for the operating supply voltage.
