This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package to save space. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is 0°C~100°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
