For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.Bulk represents the packaging method.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.In the device, there are 16 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.10V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
