For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.245V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 3A Switch. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 30V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
