This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 5V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.42V. As a result of the 4.5A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 32V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 15V for the purposes of operation.
