Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 9.7V~22V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 90kHz~115kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. An array of 16 terminations of dc switching.
