With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.1V~20V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~100°C TJ rating. It can switch at 90kHz~115kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching.
