LT1950IGN#TRPBF Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3V~25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 15V. Searching "LT1950" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 3V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 25V input voltage.
