LT1959IR#PBF Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 7 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz. Regulator 4.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.3V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.21V. As a result of the 4.5A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 15V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LT1959 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage can be produced at 2.42V volts by voltage regulator.
