Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz~2.8MHz. Regulator 3.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.6V.
