There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 650kHz~1.1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 5V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 280mA Switch output current. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 16V.
