Capsuled in the 38-PowerTFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 31 Leads package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 6.5V~100V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 12V.
