It comes in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4V~60V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
