LT3976IMSE#PBF Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~2.25MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.3V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.197V. As a result of the 5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V.
