LT3980IDE#TRPBF Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 14 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 225kHz~2.25MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.6V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.79V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 58V.
