LT3990HMSE-5#PBF Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 210kHz~2.3MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.2V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 5V volts. The output current of 350mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 62V. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements.
