A 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. An op amp ic of the Current Sense type. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. The number of terminations is approaching the 6 mark. A total of 6 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 12V.
