There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 300kHz~2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.8V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 2A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
