For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz~2MHz. Regulator 2.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A Switch output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 60V. As a member of the LT8362 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 12 pins are required.
