Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage.
