LT8614HUDC#PBF Overview


There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. There are 18 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-WFQFN, 18 Leads, Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~150°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~3MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.4V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.97V. DC DC switching regulator's 4A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. 42V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. A regulator with this NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 6V is provided.
