LT8620MPMSE#PBF Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -55°C~150°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.4V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.97V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 2A output current. 65V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LT8620. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 64.8V volts. 16 pins are used for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 970mV. With a maximum output voltage of 64.75V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
