LT8650SEV#PBF Overview


It uses the Tray package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad, 28 Leads package to save space. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz~3MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V 5V. DC DC switching regulator's 4A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LT8650. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 32 pins are required. In order to ensure reliable performance, the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage is 2.6V volts.
