Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.5V~20V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at Up to 250kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
