With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3.5V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at Up to 250kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of 14 terminations are available in dc switching.
