A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 70°C.Temperatures below 0°C are allowed as the minimum.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 18V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.The operating supply voltage should be set at 15V.
