Its SO package is adopted for higher flexibility.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 70°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 85μA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 50mA.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 15V.With a 46V output voltage, it works.
