For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.The packaging method is indicated by Bulk.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.The basis of this model has 2 outputs integrated.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 18V.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V volts.
