Its SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.There are 16 pins available in the device.The basis of the model has 4 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating voltage of the supply be set at 12V.
