The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.7A.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.For operation, 13.2V is the maximum supply voltage.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.The operating supply voltage should be set at 12V.
