The SO package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape and Reel.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.7A volts.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V.
