In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC N is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's configured with 8 terminations.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.There is an output current limit of 1.7A for this device.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.For operation, 13.2V is the maximum supply voltage.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.The operating supply voltage should be set at 12V.
