LTC1734LES6-4.2#TRM Overview


It is appropriate for the SOT-23-6 package. 6 pins are attached to it. The product is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) case. It should not be less than -40°C in order to activate this device. Using it below 85°C temperatures is recommended. Input voltage under 8V is available for powering the chip. The device is suitable to run the input voltage below 4.55V. Batteries should be powered under 180mA for safety reasons.
