Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 8 supply voltages. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 16 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2.3V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
