It is mounted through 10 terminals on the power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 10 pins on power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. There are other features such as MANUAL RESET INPUT to name a few.
