LTC2946HDE Overview


Packed in a Tube. An example of a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is shown below. It is suitable for use as a Single Phase meter. Surface Mount is available for purchase. -40°C~125°C's operational temperature is extended. Power is supplied by 2.7V~100V power supply, which allows it to operate. Check out LTC2946 for more similar parts. It includes 16 terminations. POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The normal voltage required for the part is 48V. To be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that a voltage of 4V or higher is required in order for it to work. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 100V. An assembly of 16 pins is present. A 900μA device is what it is called. 3 channels have been implemented inside this logic device.
