LTC2946HMS-1#PBF Overview


I have packed this in Tube. Package 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width). Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. Surface Mount is available for purchase. The operational temperature at -40°C~125°C has been increased. Power is supplied by 2.7V~100V power supply, which allows it to operate. Check out LTC2946 for more similar parts. The part includes 16 terminations. This PMIC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUITIC is powerful. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 48V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 4V or higher to work. There should be no greater than 100V voltage applied to the device at any time. In order to join them, 16 pins are used. In other words, it is a 900μA device. 3 channels have been implemented inside this logic device.
