LTC2946IDE#PBF Overview


Packed in a Tube. 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. There is a 2.7V~100V power supply used in this device. Find more similar parts by searching LTC2946. There are 16 terminations on the part. Analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT PMIC IC with powerful performance. The normal voltage required for this part is 48V. The user should be aware that in order for this device to operate, it requires a voltage of 4V or higher in order to function. There should be no greater than 100V voltage applied to the device at any time. It has 16 pins jointed. This is a logic gate solution based on 16 technology. Installing and dismounting it is easy with the Surface Mount design. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 900μA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally. This logic device has implemented 3 channels.
