LTC2965CDD#PBF Overview


This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. Please find attached 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Monitor products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 12V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 8 pins. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use LTC2965, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
