LTC2966IUD#PBF Overview


There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. There are 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Monitor products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 16. There are 16 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 3.5V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. This IC power should be powered by no more than 100V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. It is always advisable to use LTC2966, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
