LTC3221EDC#TRPBF Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 600kHz. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 2.5V. This voltage regulator is included in the Other Analog ICs subcategory. The LTC3221 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 1.23V volts. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used.
