LTC3245MPMSE#PBF Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 12 terminations were made. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-TSSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -55°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 450kHz switching frequencies. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V 3.3V 5V. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the LTC3245 family is represented. A voltage of 2.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, 12 pins are used. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 5VV. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 250mA A to meet the operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 5V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 5V. The 2.7V V dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage ensures reliable performance. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 38V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. DC-DC switching regulators operate with 18μA supply currents.
