As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 10 terminations in this voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of 2.25MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
