For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.25A output current. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V.
